Echelon Insights is excited to announce that it will be adding Kai Chen Yeo as a Partner.
Kai Chen is currently a Vice President at Echelon Insights, where she leads the firm’s digital listening practice in addition to managing qualitative and quantitative research projects. On a daily basis, Kai and her team provide international digital monitoring and rapid response research on urgent needs in the Americas, Europe, and Asia for a range of corporate and nonprofit clients.
This move will allow Echelon Insights to further expand its digital offerings and continue delivering on its founding mission: to redefine audience research using the wealth of digital data at our fingertips. In her new role, Kai Chen will be focusing on how Echelon Insights can be better positioned to provide new and innovative tools to more accurately measure public opinion in an ever-changing world.

“Echelon Insights can do more for clients because we bring the tools of survey research, data analytics, and digital intelligence seamlessly together under one roof. No one embodies this unique and distinctive mission better than Kai Chen and we are thrilled to have her in this new role,” said Patrick Ruffini, founding partner at Echelon Insights.
“Kai Chen has been an incredible asset to the Echelon team and we are thrilled to elevate her to the role of partner. This also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Echelon Insights as we continue to grow, further broadening the range of services we offer,” said Kristen Soltis Anderson, founding partner at Echelon Insights.
