Kai Chen Yeo
Kai Chen Yeo is a Research Director at Echelon Insights, where she works daily to develop and interpret qualitative and quantitative findings from survey research projects. Together with a dynamic Echelon team, Kai Chen’s responsibilities include written analysis of survey and focus group results, questionnaire and screener development, crosstab and topline creation, and social media strategy and analytics.
Kai Chen joins Echelon from the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, where she coordinated outreach strategy to federal candidates in the 2018 Midterm Elections. In this role, she developed original elections analysis and conducted both long-term and rapid response research to support successful international affairs advocacy.
Kai Chen discovered her passion for political research during her undergraduate career when she supported an extensive research project on media frames around and public perceptions of immigration, while interning in the Capitol Hill office of Representative Bill Huizenga and with Amway’s DC-based Government Affairs office. Originally hailing from Michigan and New Jersey, Kai Chen graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and Eastern European Studies.
