Alex Bass is a Research Analyst at Echelon Insights. He helps explore and develop data findings from survey research projects. Additionally, Alex assists with modeling, questionnaire development, and crosstab/topline creation.
Alex joins Echelon after completing a fellowship with the Center for the Study of Elections and Democracy where he helped develop and produce the 5th and 6th iterations of the American Family Survey. During this time, he also assisted academics with various statistical projects, and tutored econometrics students. Prior to fellowship, TargetPoint Consulting took Alex on as an intern during the 2018 election cycle where he discovered interest in polling and statistical research.
Originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, Alex has lived all over the country including South Carolina, Washington, Missouri, Utah, Wyoming, and now resides in Virginia. He has recently graduated from Brigham Young University.
